Meet Miguel…

Miguel Fernandez is a seasoned business owner in residential custom home design and building. He began working in the construction industry with his father, Francisco, at the age of 13. His experience working in construction inspired him to attend ASU School of Architecture and receive his B.A. in Design. Additionally, he received his General Contractors License and Chief Architect Certification (3D Computer Modeling Program)

Eventually, after the death of his father in 1996, Miguel took over his company which employed 30 carpenters. Miguel has owned numerous businesses which have morphed into smaller companies. He is now focusing his time to work as a Design Build Consultant.

Miguel has worked as a designer, builder, and contractor in a variety of capacities. These areas include large to mid- size remodels, spec homes, track framing and new custom homes throughout Southern California.

With over 30+ years interfacing with Clients, Engineers, Interior Designers, Realtors, Sub- Contractors and City Planners throughout Southern California, Miguel has earned a solid reputation in the industry. He is known for his efficient problem solving abilities, communication skills, cool/modern/fresh design and simplifying the entire process. He excels at going above and beyond the client’s expectations.
