When a Homeowner, Contractor and or an Interior Designer calls me, the first thing I do is Create the Vision: This is the end product. With ‘Chief Architect’ I am able to make a 3D model - seeing problems and solutions. I am able to show the end result to my clients before we get too far!

My Approach - Value Engineered
I’m a builder before I’m a designer. And because I’m a builder, I want to build things that are cost effective. Some engineers will design things you can’t afford, that you can’t build (i.e. too much steel). I will press the engineers to use things off the shelf. The plans that I give to my contractors are value engineered - allowing you to build your dream home!

When I design a House/Remodel, I’m following the existing structure, take full advantage of what we have, listening to the client’s preferences, needs, ideas, and dreams.

Because I am both a builder and a designer I will take full advantage of any and all views my clients have. I will remove obstacles and orient the house structure as needed.
